The following lyrics are dedicated to the brave and upright Catalans who try hard for the democratic values of freedom, equality, independence.

Though the ropes are tangled

The banner one star spangled

Keep them dogies rollin‘, Catalunya!

Through sun and wind and weather

Hell bent for big brother

Wishin’ my girl was by my side

All the things I’m missin‘

Estrella, love and kissin’

Are waiting at the end of my climb

Move ’em on! Head ’em up!

Head ’em up! Move ’em on!

Move ’em on! Head ’em up, Catalunya!

Cut ’em out! Ride ’em in!

Ride ’em in! Cut ’em out!

Cut ’em out! Ride ’em in, Catalunya!

Keep movin‘, movin‘, movin‘!

Though they’re disapprovin‘

Keep them dogies movin‘, Catalunya!

Don’t try to understand ’em

Just rope ’em, throw, and brand ’em

Soon we’ll be livin‘ high and wide

My heart’s calculatin‘

My true love will be waitin‘

Be waitin‘ at the end of my climb

Rollin‘ rollin‘ rollin‘

Rollin‘ rollin‘ rollin‘

Rollin‘ rollin‘ rollin‘

Catalunya!

Special thanks to the unknown Catalan climber and his courageous effort for the waving flag of freedom on a Sunday afternoon in El Masnou february 2020.

Not forgetting the very inspiring composer Dimitri Tiomkin and singer Frankie Laine who laid already in 1959 the foundation stone for this musical appreciation.

Hope these two cool dudes Dimitri and Frankie can enjoy my interpretation of their original work. Somewhere on Cloud seven. I imagine that Apple has already made it possible that Cloud seven is connected with any iCloud galaxy-wide.
